The site provides information about the charity and its work. It does not offer user accounts, process donations directly or use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The current site does not set tracking cookies.
Our web server records technical access information, such as an IP address, requested page, time and browser information. These logs support website operation, troubleshooting and security.
Email inquiries
If you email the charity, your email provider and ours process the message. Your email address and the information you choose to include are used to respond to your inquiry and direct it to the appropriate charity contact. Please avoid sending sensitive personal documents or payment information.
Donations and external websites
Donation links take you to CanadaHelps, which operates its own donation service and handles payment and receipting information under its own policies. Other external websites linked here also operate under their own privacy practices.
